Youtube will see tens of thousands of videos return to the site

Well, I think the Music industry finally could see that having Music Videos on YouTube wasn’t such a bad idea after all. In March 2009, YouTube deleted thousands of music videos from its site, this was all because of an issue with Performing Rights Society stated the Telegraph today. Thousands of Videos and songs will return to the site later this week. You can just imagine the cost of this for YouTube’s owner Google, Rumors are it was in the millions. So has YouTube gone mainstream ? Let’s hope more people support other areas of Music like the independent labels. So what is next in store, the MP3 market was challenged by the RIAA, now Videos…who knows maybe Apps for Apples lovely Iphone. I wish the big names would just embrace technology and we could all get along.

Here is an interesting sites to have a read
