I think by now, that we all are aware on just how hot Nintendo’s Wii is. But what about their top selling games for that console? Well don’t worry, we are listing them right here for you to look at and see what the hype is all about.
1:Wii Sports
This game covers all main sports, including tennis, baseball, bowling, ect. You use the Wii as if you are playing the real sport remote. It has been considered one of the top selling video games of all times. They have sold over 40.4 million units.
2:Wii Play
This game is made up of minigames. It uses the Mii Channel, where users can create a Mii character of themselves. A Wii Remote comes bundled with this game in Europe, New Zealand, North America, Japan, Australia, and South Africa. It has sold 20.91 million units.
3:Wii Fit
This game makes your workout turn into playtime. It contains 48 “sub-games”, like Yoga, push-ups, ect. It can figure out your BMI and track your goals of what you want your weight to be. It is one of the few healthy video games out there. It has sold 14.01million units.
4:Mario Kart Wii
I think we all know that anything Mario is a hit, so this is no shock. Like most of the other Mario Kart games, this game you drive and race with other characters. The games is packaged with the Wii Wheel, which the player uses to drive with. 13.67 million units sold, thus far.
5:Super Smash Bros. Brawl
This is a fighting game, which Wii doesn’t seem to offer much of those types of games. This is a crossover game, meaning that they have many other games. Including Mario, Pokemon, and Kirby, though they do have a much larger list of playable characters. This game has sold 8.1 million units.
